Grey Consultation Service Terms & Conditions

As a person would pay for an airline ticket in advance knowing what service it represents to them, Grey Consultation Service asks for your non-refundable payment at the time of booking.   

You are able to understand the English language.

You have told me your story, your intent and/or your expectations or what you hope the outcome of my appointment is before you have chosen to book and pay for this service.

In return your payment you will receive a Grey Consultation Service, a perspective from the values and characteristics of Robyn Pickett, a New Zealand woman with Non-Executive Directorship and expertise on matters concerning resilience – desire to progress – compassion – travel – wellbeing – intelligent courage – education – environment awareness and frugalness – creativity – parenting.

Payment is made in via [international] bank transfer to Robyn Pickett, And Pause Ltd.

Appointment times will be in person, at a set time and place between Grey Consultation Service and yourself for a maximum of 8 hours on one day.

At the time of booking contact numbers will be exchanged.

The consultation is between Robyn Pickett the “Employee”) and one other person only (the “Employer”), unless otherwise arranged in advance.   Prices to consult to more than one person will differ to what is advertised.

Until payment is made, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Given that Robyn Pickett is travelling to meet with you, in the unlikely event of unforseen circumstances you must be able to offer an alternative appointment time on a day before or two days after the preferred time that has been arranged.

Robyn Pickett and Grey Consultation Service can not and will not be responsible for, nor held accountable for the choices you make during or after the service provided.

All conversations and emails are to remain confidential between Grey Consultation Service, Robyn Pickett and her client.
